Cedric is fantastic! He did an amazing job taking out our old garage doors and putting in new, modern ones. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
These guys were absolutely amazing! They came out due to a broken garage door that slipped off the rails and wouldn't open. It was held up by a strap to keep the top from falling inwards. They were able to get the old broken one temporarily working, which in and of itself was amazing as it hadn't opened in forever. He had already went to the shop to get a new motor, and then advised me in coming back of the difference in cost for fixing old broken garage vs the cost of getting a newer one. Every single cost was broken down for me in advance for so that I could decide and make the decisions We went with the new garage instead of fixing a jacked up door and replacing motor and other broken parts. He was still able to get my broken one working while waiting for the new garage to get delivered to come back to install. I work online from home so even though I'm at my residence during the day, I can't do lots of back and forth offline time. He was able to accommodate this easily for me. I was able to just get them access to the garage for him and just let him do his work. This made things so super simple to do and get done even while working. I now have an amazing looking garage the neighbour's are jealous of, the ability to check on things remotely while away from home all through my phone. Super impressed with everything, but most definitely with the Customer Service and communication throughout the process
Very impressed with Cedric on our garage door repair! He was prompt, prepared, and has excellent communication. I was grateful for him taking so much time to answer all my questions as well and show how much he genuinely cared about me as a customer and took pride in his work. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with this company! My garage door stopped working unexpectedly. Cedric came out the same day. He was professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the motor in under an hour. He added a keypad as a last minute request and reprogrammed our vehicle remotes. The pricing was fair and upfront. I highly recommend him for any garage door repairs!
Cedric was great. Came to house and replaced old garage door motor. Quick and efficient exactly as he quoted. Would refer him to anyone. Great job.
I would recommend Apex to all my friends! Super friendly and easy to work with and great price! Exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it! Perfect!
Apex overhead doors does amazing work and helped me out on two occasions. They were professional when they came out and had my bent door panels replaced and the door working in no time!
I own Vantage Point Inspections in South East Idaho and Apex Overhead Doors is the company we refer all of our clients to when there are garage door systems that need repair/replacement. Cedric the owner is very trustworthy and pays attention to detail!
Cedric from Apex Overhead Doors was very prompt showing up to my house after I called him when my shop garage door started not opening 50% of the time. Apex’s prices are very good for their services and Cedric suggested repair options as opposed to someone who just wanted to take your money for a new system. I would strongly suggest if you need repairs for your garage door to call Apex Overhead Doors. Thank You Malinda

Cedric was amazing! He was able to get us fit into his schedule quickly and was very nice and friendly. Cedric noticed multiple issues with our garage door and not just put a bandaid over part of the problem. He was able to fix the whole door in no time at all. Our garage door now works better than it ever did before.
Awesome service. He came out same day, fixed the problem, and charged a more than fair price. I recommend him above others.
Apex, Cedric, was outstanding in all aspects of our install. Went the extra mile to make sure our garage door was properly working. Inspected and tightened several loose bolts and screws. I would highly recommend him for any of your garage door needs.
I recently had my garage door serviced because it wouldn’t close unless I stood there holding the button. Turns out the original install wasn’t quite right. The tech showed up on short notice, was super personable and responsible, and had extra parts on hand so he could fix everything. He quickly figured out the issue, got it sorted out, and now my garage door actually closes like a normal garage door—imagine that! Fast, friendly service and no more accidental “open garage all night” situations. Really appreciate the help. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Very impressed with the promptness and friendly service these guys provided. Their work was excellent and they do a terrific job of communicating throughout the process! Strongly recommend!!
